Position is located in the Boyne City headquarters and requires a high school diploma or equivalent in addition to proficiency in the customer service function, typically attained through one or more years of experience or equivalent experience/education. Dispatch Supervisor sought to manage professional and efficient 24/7/365 dispatch operations for Great Lakes Energy. Headquartered in Boyne City, position requires one or more years of supervisory experience in addition to competency with electrical technology and proficiency in dispatch operations and customer service, typically attained through a Bachelor’s degree in related or business administration and three or more years of experience in electric distribution system dispatch, or equivalent experience/education. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively lead others and work under critical time demands.
