What is the Co-op Connections program?
The Co-op Connections program is a member discount program for Great Lakes Energy members and members of Touchstone Energy electric co-ops throughout the nation. This means that in addition to Great Lakes Energy, cooperative members throughout the nation carrying the Co-op Connections card will be able to use their card at your business – a great way for you to reach vacationers!

Why should my business participate?
The Co-op Connections card program is an easy and cost effective way for your business to reach customers in your local area, throughout the state and those traveling from other states.

• No out-of-pocket advertising expense with our program.
• Simply commit to a discount offer and agree to accept the Co-op Connections card.
• Receive free listings in all our member communications about the program, including listings in our magazine, bill inserts, web site (www.connections.coop) and more.

What kind of discount should I offer?
You can customize the discount for your business. It can be as simple as a percentage off everything or you can set a dollar amount that customer must spend before receiving the discount. Some businesses make the discount off a specific item or for a specific day of the week. It’s up to you!

Is there a charge?
There is no membership fee to your business – it is FREE to enroll. Your business is responsible for the discount offer you want to provide – we do the rest, including listing your business in our magazine, bill insert and web site!

How do I enroll?
Simply fill out the business contract and return by mail or email to tmann@glenergy.com. If it’s easier, fax the contract to 1-231-487-1306.
