This contest is open to children 10 and under whose parent(s) or guardian(s) receive electricity from Great Lakes Energy. Entrants who do not receive electricity from GLE will be disqualified. Please read the rules on the entry form for complete details.

First place winners will receive art supplies valued at $25. Second and third place winners will receive art supplies valued at $10.
