ATTENTION – If you are located outside of Michigan and have been solicited by an energy company called Great Lakes Energy this is not our organization. Great Lakes Energy Cooperative only serves rural electric customers in Michigan. We do not solicit businesses. We suggest that you contact your local utility to find out if they can help you determine who is soliciting your business. You may also want to search further on the Internet to find the correct company.
Please note: Report all power outages by phone, through your online GLE account, or via the GLE mobile app. Submission of an email may not constitute a valid payment arrangement and will not prevent disconnection of service.
To report a power outage or make payment arrangements, please call 888-GT-LAKES (888-485-2537). Normal call center hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., although outages may be reported 24/7.
