Great Lakes Energy offers several convenient Pay Your Way options for paying your electric bill.
Is your bill past due? Learn about your options.
AutoPay: Your payment is automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account or charged to your credit/debit card. Login in to your account to enroll.
ePay: Pay online. Make a one-time payment with a check or credit card. Enroll in e-billing to stop receiving paper bills. (NOTE: For a quick, one-time payment without the need to create or login to a GLE online account, use Pay Now.)
PhonePay: Either speak to a GLE representative (call center hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) or pay at any time by using our automated pay-by-phone service. We accept payment by credit card or check over the phone. Call 1-888-485-2537.
Pay Stations: Visit any of our eight GLE locations throughout our rural Michigan service territory and make your payment in person or by using one of our drop-boxes after hours.
FlexPay: Pay for your electricity in advance and manage your electricity use on a daily basis. No late fees, no reconnect fees and no deposits involved with this plan. Call us to enroll.
Mobile App: Download the Great Lakes Energy mobile app for Apple and Android to pay your bill and get additional information from GLE.
