Great Lakes Energy offices will be closed for the holidays on the following dates:
- Christmas: Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26
- New Year’s Day: Monday, Jan. 1, 2018
Of course, GLE emergency staff will be on hand to serve you in case of outages on the days we are closed. Report your outage 24 hours a day by phone (888-485-2537), through your GLE account, or by using the GLE mobile app. (Search for Great Lakes Energy on the app store.)
Going away for the holidays or the winter?
You can still check daily electricity use in your home. Simply visit mygtlakes.com. Enter your username and password to login or register if you’re a first-time user. Click on Usage History to see your monthly and daily kWh consumption.
Contact our office for your daily usage records if you don’t have Internet service.
