Make Online Payments Free through Great Lakes Energy

If you pay your bills online, you may be familiar with DOXO, an online bill payment site. Please know that DOXO is not affiliated with Great Lakes Energy
Online bill payment sites such as DOXO charge fees for remitting your payments. Also, payments made through DOXO can take up to five days to reach us.
Instead, take advantage of GLE’s free payment options. Pay by phone or online through a secure account you create through the GLE website.
To pay by phone, simply call 888-485-2537 any time. Speak to a representative or follow the automated prompts to pay by check or credit card. You can also set up automatic payments.
To pay online, login or create your secure online profile by visiting my.gtlakes.com. After you submit your payment, you will receive two e-mail confirmation messages to confirm the amount submitted and the successful posting of your payment to your account.
GLE also accepts payments in our offices during normal business hours or any time in our after-hours drop boxes located at each office.

Is there any reason that both of my electric bills can’t be sent together. I have an account for 4534 S 64th Ave and one for Hamilton Rd Branch Michigan. I wouldn’t be late on the Hamilton rd account then

Hi Josephine. You are registered and at some point received an email to create a new password. However, the link to create a new password is most likely expired now, so I have reset your password, and you should receive an email with a link to follow to create a new password. When you log in, you will enter your email address and the new password you created.
