We like knowing how we do at looking out for you. If you’ve had a positive interaction with a Great Lakes Energy employee, either on the phone or in person, tell us about it and you could win a $25 gift of energy.
Let us know by phone (888-485-2537), mail (P.O. Box 70, Boyne City, MI 49712) or email ([email protected]) the specific details of the interaction, including the employee name. You can even post the comment on our Facebook page.
We’ll print all of your great comments in our employee newsletter. Employees who are recognized by name will be entered in a quarterly, random prize drawing. We’ll also award the member who submits the feedback for the winning employee a $25 gift of energy.
We also welcome any suggestions or concerns you may have with our service and pledge to work with you to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback.

We had Scott C install our new Truestream this morning and he was AWESOME!! Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home (and crabby dog) . He couldn’t have been nicer or better. Thank you

Kirt is our installation tech.
Would like to say he is a total professional. Knowledgeable, courteous. He made sure we understood and answered all our questions.
I know we are going to like our Truestream wifi!

Drew and Scott hooked up our new internet this morning. Really fast, knew what they were doing. Great guys.

We had different crews come for several phases of getting internet installed and they all did a wonderful job. Looking forward to using the service!
Drew was the final technician to make the final hookup and was excellent. He was very professional and courteous during the process and took a little extra time to work with me on locating the router. Great job and thank you!

Scott was my true stream installer, he arrived on time along with providing friendly informative service. Scott took care in making use the wire was ran neatly and unseen, placing the equipment where I needed it and provided some extra wire in case I wanted to move the boxes in another location in the room. He made sure I understood everything before he left. I’m very impressed and pleased with the service. I’m looking forward to being able to connect with streaming, thank you Scott and True Stream.
