We’re on our way to lend a hand!
Nine Great Lakes Energy linemen will join other Michigan linemen headed south to help restore power following Hurricane Irma’s massive destruction.
The Great Lakes Energy group should arrive in Georgia early Wednesday afternoon where they will help two electric cooperatives, Irwin EMC and Middle Georgia EMC, in their power restoration efforts. About half of the two co-ops’ members are without power.
