The Home Energy Express Program provides FREE delivery of energy-saving products to your home. In addition, members receive complimentary installation of those products by an Energy Optimization program contractor.
Program participants may receive:
- Energy-efficient lighting
- Water-saving products
- Smart power strip
- Smart thermostat and/or programmable thermostat (depending on eligibility criteria)
- Pipe wrap
