Members are reminded to be aware of imposters who may call them claiming to be from GLE, even when caller ID shows Great Lakes Energy to be the caller.
Don’t be fooled!
Any member who receives a call from someone claiming to be from GLE and feels pressured for immediate payment or personal information should hang up the phone, call us at 888-485-2537 and speak to any GLE member service representative.
Never give out personal information, including financial, account numbers or social security numbers, over the phone or internet to someone you don’t know.
Members should also report the call to local law enforcement authorities.
