I’m a veteran of many hurricane seasons in the Miami area from the 1980s until 2012. I’ve personally seen this degree of devastation to trees and infrastructure once, in 1992 from Hurricane Andrew. The geographic area of damage for this event is so much more vast and rural, and the post event weather is worse and more dangerous.
I appreciate the hard work the line and tree crews are putting in, even knowing I might be one of the last customers to receive power (Littlefield Township).
