Qualifications and experience:
- Elected to his first three-year term in 2011, serving over 14 years on the GLE board of directors.
- Director, Wolverine Power Cooperative.
- Started his own energy consulting company in 2006, that he still runs today.
- Primarily performs energy audits for income-qualified folks in the State of Michigan, through the Weatherization Assistance Program.
- Ric has earned and maintains his Director Gold status through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association – the highest level attainable.
