There are two ways to participate: complete the survey survey and, upon completion, express your interest in participating in a virtual focus group.
Survey
The survey will be available for members
from Jan. 10 – 31, 2025.
As an incentive and to thank you for your time spent answering questions, 25 lucky winners will be randomly selected from the completed surveys to win a $25 Amazon gift card.

These focus groups will help us learn more about what our members most need and how we can better communicate. Complete the survey above to sign up for a focus group.
Members will receive one $25 Amazon gift card for participating in a full focus group.
Information shared with us will be kept private and confidential.
What to Expect:
- Approximately 60 minutes over Zoom [virtual setting].
- Between 8-10 participants in each session.
- Facilitated by our partner Piper & Gold Public Relations.
- Engage in a dialogue with other Great Lakes Energy members and provide feedback about service, messaging, and more.
