Participate in a Focus Group
We are hosting five virtual focus groups across our service region to connect with members.
This is your chance to share your experience with Great Lakes Energy and be part of important conversations that will help shape messaging and deepen our connection within your community.
There are two ways to participate: join a focus group or complete a survey.
Focus Groups

We’re here to listen.
These focus groups will help us learn more about what our members most need and how we can better communicate.
Members will receive one $20 gift card to Walmart for participating in a full focus group.
Information shared with us will be kept private and confidential.
Please only sign up for one focus group.
What to Expect:
- Approximately 60 minutes over Zoom [virtual setting].
- Between 8-10 participants in each session.
- Facilitated by our partner Piper & Gold Public Relations.
- Engage in a dialogue with other Great Lakes Energy members and provide feedback about service, messaging, and more.
What focus group should I sign up for?
Permanent Resident
If you are a permanent resident, please sign up for one of the following dates:
- Wednesday, Jan. 19 from Noon – 1 pm
- Thursday, Jan. 27 from 11 am – Noon
- Tuesday, Feb. 1 from 7 – 8 pm
- Tuesday, Feb. 8 from 5 – 6 pm
Seasonal Resident
If you are a seasonal or part-time resident, please sign up for the following date:
- Tuesday, Jan. 25 from 5 – 6 pm
Survey
If you participated in a focus group,
you do not need to complete a survey.
The survey will be available for members
from Jan. 5 – Feb. 11, 2022.Â
